Courtney Draper has recently joined the Australian
Oilseeds Federation (AOF) as the new AOF & Sustainability Manager, bringing extensive experience and a deep commitment to the future of Australian agriculture.
In her new role, Courtney will, in addition to AOF activities, be a support to SGA in areas of strategic leadership, operational support, stakeholder engagement, and business development. Her appointment comes at a time of exciting growth for the oilseeds sector, which is increasingly recognised for its role in sustainable feedstock solutions for transport decarbonisation.
Courtney is a highly respected senior executive with a strong background in trade, market insights, and governance. She most recently served as Executive General Manager at the Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre and is well known throughout the grains industry for her ability to evolve businesses, empower teams, and build trusted relationships.
Raised in a generational farming family in Western Australia’s wheatbelt, Courtney brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her work. She will be based in Perth and officially begins her role on 6th of October.
